Freak Cycles — Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:
- Parcel Post — estimated 2–8 business days depending on your location
- Express Post — estimated 1–4 business days depending on your location
Shipping is a flat rate.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather events, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at freakcycles@live.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
International Shipping We currently only ship within Australia. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping.
